What are the chances of the various species of Brassica crossing with each other?

I know that the tetraploid species are derived from crossings of th diploid species and would probably back cross with either of the parents, but what are the chances that any two diploid Brassicas could make a fertile cross?

Also is I've read Red Russian Kale is B. napus is that true or just confused nomenclature?
