Long story: bought a nice used hardcover from somewhere a few years back on greenhouse gardening, and LOST it!!!!!
Trust me, I have looked everywhere. I think I took it on a trip and left it someplace I didn't intend to. I thought the title might have been The Flowering Greenhouse in Winter, but that (and variations) doesn't seem to turn anything up. Written by a couple of women, date might have been 60's? and it could have been Canadian or British authors. It's not a big glossy, just a small little larger than a paperback, maybe 1/2 to 3/4 inch worth of pages. I didn't pay an arm and a leg for it either. Have tried all my usual sources, and not turned it up. Am hoping the description is enough to jog someones memory and they can help me narrow my search! I have turned this link up: http://www.abebooks.com/servlet/Sear...winter&x=0&y=0 But since there is no photo, have no way to know this is right or not. I seem to recall one woman was the gardner, and the other was the writer. Ring any bells? Thanks! PS: Ahem.. apparently I wasn't really digging deep enough (character flaw) since I was able to locate this gem: Winter flowers in the sun-heated pit by Kathryn Taylor. It's worth the gamble, but I think there is a good chance this is the one. Not all who wander are lost - yeah, right!

I'll go ahead and answer my own post - that was indeed the book I was looking for!
